On Saturday 18th April, Republic Artists Collective returns to Chapeau Rouge in Prague, Czech Republic.
Heading up the proceedings will be none other than Berlin’s AGENT! Having rocked floors across the globe from Tresor, Tokyo’s Womb, Cocoon Club Frankfurt and our very own Fabric, Agent! has released music on labels such as Cocoon, Moon Harbour, Brise and Desolat. We can’t wait for him to bring his blend of house & techno to Prague for the first time!
Support will come from Republic Artists Records boss Thomas Tesla, whose career highlights of the past decade includes guest slots at MoS, Egg London, Amnesia Ibiza or Tresor Berlin. Thomas has released music on labels such as Tanztone Records, Nighthpunk Recordings and Wasabi Generals Records.
Lucas Hulan will set the tone of the night. Lucas has recently released his debut EP on Viva Recordings where individual tracks have been played and supported by Martin Landsky, Halo Varga (H Foundation), Eddie Richards or Matthias Vogt.Lucas has performed at many festivals including Creamfields, Summer Of Love or Mácháč and is often guest in UK, Sweden, Slovakia or Poland.
Alex Wareing , co-owner of London based DirtybyDesign Records will close the night. Alex has been living between London and Ibiza past 8 years. In both locations he performed in many world-class venues supporting act such as Tania Vulcano, Pirupa or Hannah Wants. Alex’s Prague debut went off last November and we expect more of the same this time too !
Techno floor will be under supervision of Republic Artists residents Justin Saunders Time (SA), Majki (SK) and Birmingham’s born Jimi Falconer. They will prepare the ground for Arthur Keen’s LIVE show where man himself be showcasing more minimal and dark site of the genre with help of Roland and Korg machines.
Over upcoming months we will be inviting young talents, Prague based djs to join our collective and showcase their skills at 1st Floor / Bar. We welcome back Russian Kirill Astra and half of Mexican formation Animal Print Arturo Legorreta who delivered in fine style last time!
